DMCA & Copyright Policy

How to submit a takedown notice, how to counter one, and what we do when a valid claim arrives.

Zonexify respects the intellectual property rights of content creators and rights holders. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), the EU Copyright Directive and equivalent copyright legislation applicable in Ireland. This policy sets out how we handle copyright infringement claims.

1. Our licensing position

Zonexify operates as a reseller of IPTV subscription services and does not host, store or originate the content delivered through the Service. All channels and video-on-demand content are sourced from licensed content providers and distributors. We are committed to operating in a manner that respects applicable copyright law. The limits of what a subscription permits you to do with that content are set out in our terms of service, and the material carried on the network is listed on the channel line-up page.

2. Reporting copyright infringement

If you are a copyright owner or an authorised agent and believe that content accessible through https://zonexify.com infringes your copyright, you may send a written takedown notice to our designated agent.

Your notice must include all of the following

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work — a description of the work you claim has been infringed. Where several works are covered, a representative list is acceptable.
  2. Identification of the infringing material — the specific URL or sufficient information for us to locate the material.
  3. Your contact information — full name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  4. A good faith statement — confirming you believe the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  5. An accuracy statement — confirming the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act for the copyright owner.
  6. Your signature — physical or electronic.

Send your notice to: [email protected]
Subject line: DMCA Takedown Notice — zonexify.com

We acknowledge valid notices within 5 business days and take appropriate action, which may include disabling access to the material and notifying the relevant content provider.

3. Counter-notification

If you believe material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to the same address.

Your counter-notice must include

  1. Identification of the removed material — a description and its location before removal.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury — confirming your good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your contact information — full name, address, telephone number and email address.
  4. Consent to jurisdiction — a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland and to accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.
  5. Your signature — physical or electronic.

On receipt of a valid counter-notification we forward it to the original complainant. If they do not commence court proceedings within 10 to 14 business days, we may restore the material at our discretion.

4. Repeat infringers

Zonexify maintains a strict policy on repeat infringement. In line with the DMCA and applicable law in Ireland:

5. Misuse of the notice process

Filing a false takedown notice is a serious matter. Under the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)) and equivalent European provisions, anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages, including costs and legal fees.
