Terms of Service

Welcome to Zonexify ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our IPTV subscription service at https://zonexify.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Service description

Zonexify provides a subscription-based IPTV streaming service delivering live television channels, video-on-demand content and electronic programme guide (EPG) data over the internet. Access is provided through the IBO Player application on a single authorised device per subscription.

2. Account registration

• You must provide accurate, complete and current information when ordering.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in Ireland, to hold an account.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Subscription plans and payment

Zonexify offers subscription terms of 1, 3, 6 and 12 months, plus a discounted introductory 1-month plan for new customers. Current prices for every plan are shown on the plans page and confirmed at checkout.

• All prices are displayed and charged in euro.
• Subscriptions are activated as soon as payment is confirmed.
• Payments are handled by a secure processor. Zonexify does not store payment card details.
• Subscriptions do not renew automatically unless this is expressly stated at checkout.

4. Refunds

All sales are final once an account has been activated, because access to digital content is immediate. Exceptions apply only where: (a) a verified service outage exceeds 72 consecutive hours, in which case a pro-rata credit may be issued; or (b) a duplicate charge is confirmed, which is refunded in full. Requests must be sent to [email protected] within 7 days of the qualifying event. Full detail is set out in our refund policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial viewing. You must not:

• Share, resell, redistribute or sublicense your credentials to any third party.
• Broadcast, publicly display or re-stream content received through the Service.
• Attempt to circumvent access controls, content protection or authentication systems.
• Use automated tools, bots or scrapers against the Service.
• Use the Service in any way that breaches applicable law in Ireland or elsewhere.
• Use the Service to access content in territories where such access is prohibited.

Breach of these conditions results in immediate termination of the account without refund.

6. Device limitation

Each subscription permits access on one (1) device at a time. Concurrent streaming across multiple devices is not permitted. The Service is compatible exclusively with the IBO Player application; Zonexify does not provide support for other third-party applications. 7. Service availability

Zonexify targets 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable because of:

• Scheduled maintenance, announced in advance where practicable
• Unplanned technical faults
• Disruption at third-party content providers
• Events beyond our reasonable control

8. Intellectual property

All content delivered through the Service — live channels, video-on-demand titles, logos and EPG data — remains the property of its respective owners and licensors. Zonexify claims no ownership of third-party content. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view content for personal use only. The Zonexify name, logo and site design are our property and may not be used without written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our privacy policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice and without refund, if you breach these Terms. You may cancel at any time by contacting us; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZONEXIFY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ireland. Nothing in these Terms affects statutory consumer rights you may hold under the law of your country of residence within the European Union.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be published at https://zonexify.com/terms.html with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
